I waited almost an hour to speak to customer rep

I saw great rates, less than half of what I am paying. I called Customer service to sign up.

In hold for over 15 mins -- this is for a prospective customer!! Doesn't smell well for Customer Service, god forbid if somebody ever needs it!

IT IS VERY VERY HARD TO SPEAK TO COSTUMER SERVICE .IM CALLING TO TERMINATE MY POLICY TRIED CALLING EVERYDAY WAITED FOR AN HOUR.THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO HANDLE THE COSTUMER SERVICE WHY IS IS HARD TO CALL THIS COSTUMER SERVICE ? THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER ? NO ONE IS AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME.
