Metromile - Prove of Insurance card

Why is it so difficult to be able to print a current California Evidence Of Liability card? The one I have has an Expiration date of 01/01/2019. I am paying my bill every month. I kept asking for a current one in January 2019 and kept getting one which expired in July 2018 over and over. I had to call several times. It was far into 2019 when I was finally able to print one with the correct date. This is so wrong and unacceptable. Please, automatically email the new card every 6 months and save me this headache. 31-498620-01-01

Metromile - Customer service sucks

tues 5/28/19 waited an hour finally hung up 5/30/19 started call 12:30pm it's now 1:41 still waiting recording says there are 18 callers ahead of you there are 16 callers ahead of you there are 12 callers ahead of you, it's like there's only one person answering calls I spent less time getting through to Social Security and it deals with millions of people I will be dumping this company

Metromile - Interogators, cherry pickers, fraud,misleading

if you want to deal with a company that has no heart for you or your needs try them. they at any point for no valid reason can cancel you.. even if you send them items they may need they will cancel you for no reason at all... they are bloodless.. even the supervisor there could not answer how they are soo sooo cruel.. and there claims office is a bunch of interrogators
