Metromile - Extremely difficult to get a real human customer service person on phone

I want to explain why my car has not been driven for well over 2 months. I TRIED MetroMile's chat box and the auto-robo agent kept assuming the wrong facts.

Thus, it was reasonable for me to need/want to talk to a real human customer service agent. I called several times. Once, MetroMile's auto answering machine hung up on me. On next couple tries, I was placed into a "Que." Then fakey Australian female voice said "Your current position in the Que is: ONE." But many minutes later, I am still on hold.

So fakey and frustrating!! I have not spent almost an HOUR trying to get this straightened out!!

Cancelation for no known reason, no written notification. Impossible to contact. This has led to suspension of registration and my being caught unaware without insurance on 12/21/23!!

Need new insurance cards and discuss my policy

Need no if I have collision on my policy and is it full coverage believe this is my policy packet need to know all about my insurance and why every month is high when I dont even drive that much and stay in my town this is ridiculous its not right almost $200a Mon h and my car barely moves please explain this to me Im ready change my insurance company.

WANT TO PAY PAST DUE!!

Already explained that my debit card was hacked so bank closed it and are sending me a new one, which has not arrived after many days. Thus since Metromile will not take payments from bank account, my policy was canceled.

I am going crazy trying to get in touch with customer over the phone over the past week. Long wait and then they say leave # and will call back. They never do. I need to know how to pay my past due of $56.66 but my account is blocked due to cancellation.

I want to pay the past due and apply for a new policy. PLEASE HELP ME!!

This has been terrible customer service but I still want to stay with Metromile. HELP!!

Preferred solution: How to pay past due account as I am disconnected from my account due to cancelation. The money was in my bank but debit card was hacked and they do not accept bank payments.

Ey I've been waiting and trying to get an estimate approve for car repair for 2 weeks now..

The previous adjuster is not available to answer phone calls, he did not return voice messages and not replying to emails. The new adjuster is already complaining about me leaving him to many messages, I'm still waiting for the estimate to be approved for my car to be repair. It's been 2 weeks since I've been trying to get the approvel. I've been with Metromile for over 7years. Metromile insurance is no longer providing the best services that they used to, since they have merged with Lemonade insurance.

Preferred solution: To deliver on their promise. When someone makes a claim The adjuster needs to be engaged and take customers claim seriously Some of the adjusters need to be more understanding caring and respectful toward Metromile customers

User's recommendation: Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Metromile insurance is Lemonade insurance now. Their products/service, including customer service are no longer as attractive. as before.
